How to Ventilate Your Painting Space

Now that summer has arrived, many of us are preparing to make good use of the longer days and warm temperatures. Summertime is the perfect time to paint in North America. Unlike during the cooler times of the year, when we need to keep everything shut, fresh air is available in abundance once things warm up.

However, throwing your windows open as wide as they can is not enough. If you want a truly ventilated studio, don't forget your fan. Set it on low and position it between yourself and the window, so that fumes can be gently pushed out of the space. That should be much healthier. Don't you agree?
